We'll ground into the space together. I'll walk you through what to expect, how to navigate intensity, and how to trust your body's process. This is your permission slip to let go of performance and just be.

A fully immersive, music supported guided breathwork session. I'll guide you through a intentional breathing pattern that activates your nervous system, clears stagnant energy, and creates space for emotional release. You might cry. You might laugh. You might feel nothing and then suddenly everything. All of it is welcome.
