βœ… This is a LIVE session β€” show up on time to get grounded with the group
βœ… Camera on is highly encouraged β€” being seen creates safety and connection
βœ… Find a private, quiet space where you won't be interrupted for 90 minutes
βœ… Lie down comfortably β€” yoga mat, bed, couch, wherever your body feels supported
βœ… Use headphones or earbuds for full immersion in the music and guidance

πŸ›  How to Prepare:

Before the session:

  • Hydrate well β€” breathwork is detoxifying, so drink plenty of water leading up to the session

  • Eat light β€” avoid a heavy meal 2-3 hours before. You want your body available, not digesting

  • Set an intention β€” what are you ready to release? What are you calling in? You don't need to overthink it. Just notice what comes up

  • Create your space β€” dim the lights, grab a blanket, light a candle if that feels good. Make it yours

During the session:

  • Trust your body β€” if you need to pause, slow down, or take a break, do it. There's no "doing it right"

  • Let yourself feel β€” whatever comes up (tears, laughter, frustration, nothing) is exactly what needs to move through

  • Stay with the breath β€” I'll guide you the entire time. Just follow my voice and the rhythm

After the session:

  • Move slowly β€” give yourself time to come back. Don't jump right into tasks or scrolling

  • Journal if it feels aligned β€” capture any insights, sensations, or shifts while they're fresh

  • Rest β€” your nervous system just did deep work. Honor that with gentleness
