Lotus Banks is the founder of Mindset University, a training and certification company dedicated to developing elite Mindset Coaches and NLP Practitioners while helping individuals and businesses with the tools to shatter limitations and forge their next level of success.
As a master mindset strategist, transformational leader, and high-performance consultant, Lotus specializes in facilitating deep breakthroughs — helping people reconstruct their identity, values, and beliefs that shape their reality. Her work empowers clients to disrupt unresourceful patterns, master their mindset, and step into their next level.
Before launching Mindset U, Lotus served as COO for a global consumer products company with distribution in over 60 countries, bringing a powerful blend of strategic operations, leadership, and mindset mastery to the table. With over a decade of mentorship and training under top leaders in the personal development arena, she has honed a unique ability to merge deep mindset work with tangible business strategy.
