Mindset coaching provided through MU is not therapy, mental health counseling, or medical treatment. Our coaching services are results-driven, but no outcomes are guaranteed. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your results and transformation.

5. Payment Terms and Conditions

All purchases through our Site are final. We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated. By purchasing coaching, programs, or digital products, you agree to fulfill all payment terms. Missed coaching sessions without 24-hour notice will be forfeited. Additional fees apply for rescheduling within 24 hours or for extended session requests.

6. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

All content provided by MU is proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, programs, or services obtained from MU without written permission.

7. Client Agreements and Boundaries

If you engage in any of our coaching or consulting services, you agree to the following:

Coaching is a co-creative process requiring your full participation.

You are responsible for honoring scheduled sessions and completing them within the service period.

All resources provided are for your personal growth and may not be reused or taught without permission.

You will uphold the spirit of mutual respect, radical honesty, and self-leadership as outlined in our coaching commitments.

8. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By using this Site or participating in coaching or programs, you agree to hold harmless MU, Lotus Banks, and any affiliated contractors or team members for any outcomes, decisions, or actions resulting from your participation. You accept full responsibility for your emotional, financial, physical, and mental health.

9. Confidentiality

Any personal information shared during coaching sessions or program participation will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as harm to self or others). All personal data is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Lotus Banks and MU operate as independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by your use of the Site or engagement with services.

11. Program Access and Technology

For any digital or virtual program, it is your responsibility to ensure you have reliable internet access and compatible technology. MU is not liable for technical issues preventing access.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Charlotte County, Florida.
